I find that I am the best therapist for people who value authenticity, humor, a relaxed atmosphere (you’ll find me most often in jeans and “cool” sneakers), engaged treatment, getting below the surface, a co-pilot, and direct communication… and don’t mind poor spelling abilities, pillows with flip sequins, imperfection, and COFFEE.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults through individual sessions and parent-child sessions, when appropriate.
I specialize in Anxiety Disorders; Obsessive Compulsive Disorder; complex and developmental trauma; attachment challenges arising from adoption, trauma, and/or foster care; and difficulty adjusting to life stressors. I have received specialized training in OCD and ERP through NOCD.
